Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their Maestro Italiano account and associated service data.

Request deletion

1. Sign in to the Maestro Italiano account you want deleted.
2. Open Data Deletion from the application.
3. Follow the identity-confirmation instructions and submit the request.

If you cannot access the account, open the Support page and submit a deletion request from the account's email address. Include the subject Delete my Maestro Italiano account. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, TikTok tokens, or other secrets.

What is deleted

After verification, the request covers available account profile data, hosted learning progress, AI-history records associated with the account, and stored connected-service credentials or references controlled by Maestro Italiano. The user should also revoke Maestro Italiano in TikTok or any other connected provider to terminate provider-side authorization.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, tax or accounting duties, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Data held independently by TikTok, Stripe, an app store, or another provider is governed by that provider and may require a separate request.

Local browser data

Some guest progress and preferences may remain only in the user's browser. Clearing site data for maestro-italiano.com removes that browser-local copy.
